Kai Jun's birthday

Today is Sheri's big brother birthday. His parents invited us to celebrate his birthday over a dim sum lunch.

However, our little girl did not seem to have much interest in eating dim sum. The only food that she was interested in was the crackers that came with Peking duck.

I wonder what can bring a smile to our little princess.

Oh, it's the fishes in the aquarium.A picture with the birthday boy

Sunday morning walk at Botanic Garden

What can be more pleasurable than to immerse yourself in the tranquility and lush greenery of Botanic Garden on a Sunday morning.

Bedok Reservoir Park

Last Saturday, mommy chanced upon the Bedok Reservoir Park on her way back from Pasir Ris Park. It has been quite a long time since mama went to Bedok Reservoir Park. Our little girl enjoyed roaming around the park in her favourite Mickey Mouse shirt, which Ah Ma has specially bought for her in Thailand.

Mommy's national day celebration in school

Mommy had her National Day's celebration in school on last Friday. Mommy went to school in a red Kebaya, a traditional Malay costume, to celebrate the occasion. Being able to wear other races' ethnic costume is one of the privileges of living in a multi-racial country like Singapore. Let us rejoice on this special occasion and wish Singapore a Happy 44th Birthday!

Sheri's first National Day Celebration

This is Sheri's first national day celebration. We brought her for a march past last week at a mini National Day's celebration at our constituency. Strictly speaking, Sheri is not a Singaporean, but I guess that she still enjoys the National day celebration which is filled with lots of singings and fireworks.
